11/02/2004November's Health magazine has a few ideas for getting better sleep:Don't take naps Don't sleep longer on the weekends Don't smoke or drink alcohol before bed Avoid exercising within 2 hours of bed time Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day Turn alarm clock away from you so you don't look at it in the middle of the night If you can't fall asleep after 20-30 minutes get up and do something else (I like journaling or reading fiction) Don't eat within 2-3 hours of bedtime Post a Comment posted by Beth Dargis on 11/02/2004 03:38:00 PM | ⊗
