I worked 10 hours today, not including kids and the house. I usually plan so I don't have to. But, a project needed to get done. But, I did make sure I took breaks. I took a break every hour to take a walk around the house, put a load of laundry in, stretch since my work required high concentration and lots of computer. I also took a 45 minute lunch away from the computer. When I couldn't stand my desk anymore, I moved to the laptop on the couch.

My energy stayed steady most of the day. And at the end of the day, I rewarded myself with a movie in bed.

I remember days of working straight through thinking I was being productive, eyes buggy. Not my best work :)

When's your break time?
