I read this at success.net today and I just love it.

Action will change your attitude.
Motion will change your emotions.
Movement will change your moods.

I love this and it is so true. If you act lovingly towards your spouse. You start to feel more loving. If you act more lovingly towards yourself, you feel more loving towards yourself.

When you smile and stand straight, you feel better. When you scowl and look down you feel worse.

The thing is most people think the way they feel is the way they feel. And they don't think they can change it. But, they can: through action, through music, through conversation, through journaling, through standing straighter, through getting off the couch.

Try it today.
