I spent the weekend working through some incompletions. I got to the bottom of my in-box, e-mail box, consolidated everything into one to do list in Outlook. It feels good to know where I am on everything. Other resources for completing:

Toleration 100 Index:
http://www.tolerationfree.com/100indexstandard.html

Do you have any of these 1000 incompletions:
http://www.tolerationfree.com/tolerationbank.html

Resolving Incompletions, includes journal ideas:
http://college.hmco.com/collegesurvival/downing/on_course/4e/students/strategies/resolving.html

I wrote a newsletter in Sept 02 on this issue:

And before you get panicking that you need to get every single to do done, read this article from David Allen of Getting Things Done: http://www.davidco.com/pdfs/newsletter_40.pdf
